RECOMMENDATION:

Initially Jobber was apprehensive about exploring radio as its mass market approach was not considered to allow Jobber to target down to its particular niche of qualified businesses. RadioActive suggested utilizing radio programs which targeted business owners which could offer low CPM (cost per thousand) and would have wide appeal towards business owners.

RESULT:

Within the first six months of being on radio Jobber noticed higher value clients from radio than other marketing sources. In addition, the integration of radio allowed Jobber to have more smooth transitions in on and off peak sign up periods whereby more consistency in their new customer signups. Even during periods of time whereby business was notoriously slow, it picked up to” level out” the ebbs and flows of their cycles, as a result of integrating radio.

In addition, Jobber noted that its radio campaigns have increased the brand’s standing not only with their clients, but within their competitive environment as well.
